Can I add a Guarantor or a joint hirer?

Our finance expert Matt says...

Yes you can, if the lender believes it will strengthen the application, and, give us a better chance of having an approval then one of our experts will look into this option for you. Majority of our applications however are strong enough in a single name only. A Guarantor is usually only required dependant on your age.

Adding a Joint Hirer can also be an option. This could potentially help when it comes to affordability and securing the best rate possible.
